Adjustments

The hallmark treatment of chiropractors.  These range from classic “hands-on” manipulations to light-touch relaxation techniques.  Current list of techniques: Diversified, Flexion Distraction, Activator, Network Spinal.

Dry Needling

A favorite for many of our patients.  Can provide substantial relief for muscle spasm.  Dr. Hayes has 5 years of experience and recommends its use for about 30% of the patients in this clinic.  Dry needling in this clinic is based on the developments of Dr. Peter Baldry, FRCP in the 1980s. 

Cold Laser

Placebo-controlled studies prove its effectiveness for several types of pain.  It is quick to perform and very well tolerated.

Spinal Decompression

A powerful treatment for herniated and bulging discs, radiculopathy, and/or severe ongoing pain in either the low back or neck.
